About the Author

Anna, better known as Margaux, is 21 years old and currently a third-year Applied Psychology student at the University of the Philippines Diliman-Extension Program in Pampanga. She has always been passionate about fashion, makeup, and architecture. Presently, she enjoys watching series, visiting cafes, and crocheting for leisure. She continuously improves her skill set and learns new abilities outside the four walls of the classroom by joining school organizations such as UP Samahan ng mga Mag-aaral na Nagkakaisa, AIESEC in UP Clark, and the Applied Psychology Society.

Through the course Applied Psychology 151, also known as Personal Growth, she aims to learn and understand concepts related to self-improvement, self-awareness, and personal development. She believes that this knowledge can help improve her inner and overall well-being. Her goal is to challenge what she knows and reflect on the new knowledge she gains from the course through her Gratitude eJournals.
